Elizabeth tailor enacted by Krishna Bhatt returns from South where, he learnt the ropes of fashion designing and now decides to imbibe fashion sense in the populace of ‘Lapataganj’. Gone are the days when Mausi will wear ghaghra choli aur Surili wears her old fashioned salwar kameez..Change is in the air. Everyone sports a new look in the town. Biji, Guddu, Surili, Mausi and other inhabitants are transformed in a fashionable avatar.Surili and the women in Lapataganj wear Jeans and Tees and Mausi struts around in modern day salwar kameez. Fashion has its after effects on the residents…some naughty passerby comments on Mausi’s new look,husbands are taken aback with the new fashionable look of their wives,Guddu dons a new look and to top it all lot of chaos and funny happenings take place in the town.The extreme alteration has even brought about a change in the mindset of the residents except for Mukundi.
